Alessandro Michele, Gucci’s Creative Director has chosen the name Aria for the label’s new Autumn-Winter 2021-2022 collection. Here’s everything we know so far.
It has been 100 years since Guccio Gucci has founded the now famous luxury brand in Florence, Italy. Following years and years of success, the brand introduced a new Creative Director, Alessandro Michele, in 2015. It was during this that he introduced a new narrative with a focus on words, its power, and its capability to move and inspire.
Noting this, Gucci has sent GUCCIQUIZ! to its virtual guests. The GUCCIQUIZ! is a unique magazine full of Gucci-themed riddles, puzzles, crosswords, and brain teasers made in collaboration with Keesing PRS Italia and Domenica Quiz.
Similar to last year’s GucciFest, Gucci’s new collection Aria will be unveiled with a special film everyone can watch on the brand’s social networks starting April 15 at 9 PM Manila time. While there are very few details the brand has shared, the event is set to be “one of the House’s greatest milestone moments”, as per Grazie. In celebration of the brand’s 100th year, this launch is surely one you don’t want to miss.
