The 69th Miss Universe pageant was a rollercoaster ride. There were definitely ups and downs in the local and international front. Despite all of this, the pageant lived up to everyone’s expectations. We all felt patriotic during the national costume showcase. Then, we were swooned by the lavish couture in the evening gown segment. Finally, we were left inspired after the question and answer portion. In each of these segments, the contestants displayed brains and beauty.
