The Roman Maison marries the grandness of its jewelry-making to the exquisite precision of its watchmaking.

Bvlgari has never pulled back when creating stunning jewelry, but with the Magnifica collection, they were simply out to stun. The four-piece high-end watch collection for women are statement pieces that speak of the Roman Maison’s heritage and its fresh, evolving vision of beauty.
Starting with the most expensive timepiece that the brand has ever created: the Ruby Metamorphosis, which features a cushion-cut 6.3 carat Mozambique ruby and a series of baguette-cut diamonds and rubies patterned to drape perfectly along the wrist. This is followed by the Celestial Sky, a sapphire, diamond and tourmaline baroque fantasy, all sensuous curves in a platinum setting. The Diamond Swan is an art deco stunner, featuring a cascade of diamonds and a 7-carat rock crystal concealing the dial. Rounding out the Bvlgari Magnifica collection is the colorful Baroque Spiral, a luminous celebration of the movement’s boldness, filled with diamonds, emeralds, rubies and sapphires.
Antoine Pin, Managing Director of Bvlgari’s Watches Division, has nothing but praise for the Bvlgari Magnifica collection. “It’s really the essence of the jeweler that we wanted to bring to our watches. There is this poetry of the natural stones that we wanted to insert into the mechanics. The fact that, when you bring this, like for any piece of jewel, you turn the watch into a unique piece,” he says. And while anyone wouldn’t mind having any of the pieces, Pin relents when pressed for a favorite: “I like the Celestial Skies—the sapphire and the ruby, the tourmaline, the geometric design.
The very rounded and very sharp design, featuring a beautiful sapphire,” he says. “We are now featuring great stones in our high jewelry collections, more and more. These pieces are, of course, in direct connection with the necklace that was designed. But it’s got this kind of unique Bvlgari signature: bold, rounded shape, but very sharp cuts as well—a real technique of jeweler’s—and a secret watch. So this is really my favorite.”
