Brace yourselves for another collaboration to look out for. The Toga Archives x H&M collection is coming this September.
After the label’s much-coveted collaboration with Irish designer Simone Rocha, H&M has just unveiled a new collection. This time, in collaboration with Tokyo-based brand Toga Archives.
Founded by Yasuko Furuta in 1997, the brand has since received a big following both locally and internationally. With Toga Archives’ collection being presented in Paris, and London Fashion Week, the label has since become an internationally acclaimed brand. Aside from having showrooms both in Tokyo and Paris, Toga Archives was also presented the prestigious ANDAM Award in 2007.
Known for their take on reimagined classics and genderless pieces, Toga Archives gives a cool twist on H&M pieces. The collection boasts of cool tailoring and subtle cut-outs that make every piece unique. The womenswear features pieces such as plisse skirts, mink detailed coats, and bold eccentric prints. Accessories such as cowboy boots, mesh pumps, and statement earrings are also included in the collection.
For menswear, sweatshirts and hoodies with cut-outs have caught our attention. Other pieces like suits, reversible bomber jacket, shirts, and boots are also available.
