The secret’s out! Lea Salonga has been announced as a series regular in the upcoming Pretty Little Liars reboot: Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin.
Not much is known about the project, but the teen mystery drama will follow in the footsteps of the success of the 2010 original series. Riverdale creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa is set to helm the Warner Bros. show.
Per Variety, Lea will portray a new character named Elodie, who “works overtime to protect her daughter from her childhood trauma. Other characters included in the roster of Milwood moms are Sharon Leal (Dreamgirls, This Christmas) and Elena Goode (Straight Outta Compton, The Husband)
The singer-actress also shared the news on social alongside her castmates.
“The moms have descended upon the town of Millwood! And we have secrets and lies of our own (can’t let the children have all the fun)!”
“So excited to be part of the cast of Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin!”
