A New Personal Companion: This is What We Think of the Lenovo Yoga Tab 11

Here’s a review of the new Lenovo tablet that has exceeded my expectations

The last time that I used a tablet on the daily was all the way back in my first year of college in 2014. I took notes during class, played games during breaks, and even watched movies I saved for personal use. Eventually, I decided that using a laptop for everything would be more practical and efficient. It wasn’t until I got my hands on the Lenovo Yoga Tab 11 that I realized I’ve been missing out on the latest specs and performance of the newest go-to gadget for any and all kinds of activities for some much needed “me time.”

It’s all about the angles

At first glance, I thought the Lenovo Yoga Tab 11 was just another tablet with a Storm Grey colorway. Instead, it surprised me with features that ended up becoming more useful than expected. One of which is the built-in adjustable stainless steel kickstand that completely changed the angle game for me as it gives a whole new meaning to the term “yoga.” Who would’ve thought that I’d be able to sit or lie down however I want to without having to adjust to my device? I can easily see anything at a different and better angle by inclining it however I want, whether it’s standing and tilting on a table or even hanging on the wall.

My personal movie screen

The second I pressed the power button, I was presented with a 2K IPS touchscreen display with 213 PPI that shows great color. It was a bit of a surprise that something so compact can produce quality that I was only used to seeing on big screens. This immediately made me want to watch different videos or shows using the Lenovo Yoga Tab 11 to see if it’s consistent all throughout.

As someone who uses her gadgets mostly for entertainment and online shopping, I decided to do the same thing with the Yoga Tab 11. I continued my nth rewatch of Grey’s Anatomy for hours on end through the installed Netflix app, and it was a completely different adventure given the tablet’s stunning Dolby Vision™ and 2K resolution display, as well as the Quad JBL® Speakers with Lenovo Premium Audio Solution Optimized with Dolby Atmos®. These specs combined gave me an unimaginable cinema-like experience that my other devices simply can’t–all at the comfort of my own bed.

Quick and easy

After realizing I may have watched too much Grey’s Anatomy for the night, I headed straight to the Amazon website through the Google Chrome app in time for the Black Friday sale everyone has been waiting for. It was a good thing that there was no kind of lag in sight since I was able to purchase an item I’ve been eyeing before it ran out. The Lenovo Yoga Tab 11 and its fast MediaTek Helio G90T Octa-Core Processor easily helped me score a huge deal without any trouble whatsoever. What’s even better is that I didn’t have to charge it at the last minute because of its heavy-duty 15-hour battery life that was still up and running despite my being on Netflix for hours and hours.

From bouncing back and forth between my phone or laptop to now grabbing the Lenovo Yoga Tab 11 for all my different tasks and activities, this tablet definitely stands as a true game changer in this tech-driven world we live in as it’s now my go-to device in whatever leisure activity I want to do next, whether that’s binge-watching my favorite series or getting the best online shopping promos.

The perfect “me time” partner now comes in the form of the Lenovo Yoga Tab 11. You can get the Lenovo Yoga Tab 11 at Lenovo Exclusive Stores and authorized resellers starting at PHP 19,995. It’s also available at the Lenovo Flagship Stores on Lazada and Shopee. For more information, visit Lenovo’s official website.
