The Balmain Army is ready to takeover Manila as the French fashion house opens its very first store in the Philippines.

The historic house of Balmain was created as a response to the new women in fashion. The brand is known for its curve-enhancing silhouettes and bold aesthetic. When all the other houses embraced the softness of femininity in 1945, Pierre Balmain embraced the strength of it. This is why many women from different generations have created a special bond with the brand. The fashion house has always known the strength of women, thus they created powerful clothing. And whenever their clients would get their hands on the pieces, they felt empowered.

As the years have gone by, the brand has learned to adapt to the changing times while keeping their code alive. Now, Balmain’s wunderkind Creative Director, Olivier Rousteing, has brought the name to new levels. He reinvented the house’s classic couture silhouettes in bold and eye catching patterns. He created the Balmain Army consisting of influencers and supermodels that resonate with the powerful women of today.

That’s why we’re excited for the Philippines to finally join the Balmain army. There are many strong, sexy, fabulous Filipino women who would naturally gravitate to the power of Balmain. They can now find a wide selection of garments, bags, shoes, accessories, in a 105-square-metre boutique. The interiors of the store features Versailles panels for the flooring and oak wood panels lining the ceiling of the fitting rooms. There are dark sultry accents that finish off the boutique—keeping it truly Balmain.

Balmain Paris is now open at The Shoppes of Solaire Resort & Casino. You can now visit the store and check out the latest FW21 collections of both men’s and women’s ready-to-wear as well as runway highlights.
